Latent LLC was established in July 2026 in Tokyo, Japan.

Before incorporating, our representative worked in planning and production management at an advertising agency, then in marketing, business operations, PM/PMO, and process improvement across IT, SaaS, and healthcare AI. Past engagements include an AI service for healthcare institutions, process improvement for a railway operator, and a product launch program for a major electronics manufacturer.

Before incorporation, the same line of work had been carried out continuously on a sole-proprietor basis. Latent LLC was established to strengthen the business foundation for those engagements and to support future expansion.
